I have had many clients ask me these questions over the years. Soo I'm going to break it down for you . You called me for a massage because A you are in pain.  B.  You are stressed out or C . You just want relaxation and a massage feels good!! So one thing I always insist is that you have a shower before your massage.  There's nothing worse  than a person with body odor. They want their butts massaged which is not a problem but we don't want to smell anything.  I had a client I went to one time who ran a marathon and was sweating still.. yea I know not pleasant! 😲 I'm thinking Wow REALLY? We absolutely will NOT stand for this! We are NOT prostitutes! The titles masseur and masseuse have a long and colorful history related to massage. Both terms were used to describe men and women, respectively, who provided massage in exchange for payment. But these terms, especially masseuse, were hijacked by prostitutes operating under the guise of “massage,” beginning in the 1950s. So a search online for either word brings up references to services such as “sensual massage” and “massage by men for men only.”  We are NOT in this business PERIOD! Tips To Get The Most Out Of Your Massage

There are a number of things you can do to enhance your Massage experience. This will help you get the most out of your massage session. 1. PLEASE shower first! I can't personally stress this enough! We as therapists don't mind working your butts but we don't want to smell funky smells from you. No pun intended! I digress! This happens more than you know! 😕 2. DONT Eat before your Massage. It can be uncomfortable with a belly full of food... especially when your laying on your stomach. We don't want you to get sick. 3. ARE YOU SICK? Please stay home then. Do you know that drinking fresh juice is like a vitamin in a glass? Fresh juice is filled with living enzymes, antioxidants, essential vitamins, and natural antibiotics which are necessary for your vital health. Drinking bottled pasteurized juice is dead . Massage pushes toxins out of your muscles, kind of like squeezing out a tube of toothpaste. I love eating healthy and sharing recipes! It's sad that today we live in a quick drive through food choices.  Ever hear, " You are what you eat?" It's so true.  Food today is NOT like it used to be. There is too much processed "Frankenfood" out there. Do you know what you are eating? It's no wonder people out in the world are more overweight that ever. They are more sicker and have little energy.  When you cut All The sugar ,  wheat, soy , processed food, pasta, deep fried foods out of your life , you heal YOUR body and feel GREAT! I want to help educate people on eating healthy and feeling fantastic!  This Kale Salad is one of my favorites to eat. This is chocked full with nutrients and very low in calories. Kale Salad Take one bag of  Organic Kale or looseleaf and wash thoroughly and rinse. Pat dry with paper towels.  Put in a big bowl. Sprinkle Himalayan Sea salt over it.
