Kale Salad




I love eating healthy and sharing recipes! It's sad that today we live in a quick drive through food choices.  Ever hear, " You are what you eat?" It's so true.  Food today is NOT like it used to be. There is too much processed "Frankenfood" out there. Do you know what you are eating? It's no wonder people out in the world are more overweight that ever. They are more sicker and have little energy.  When you cut All The sugarwheat, soy , processed food, pasta, deep fried foods out of your life ,you heal YOUR body and feel GREAT! I want to help educate people on eating healthy and feeling fantastic!
This Kale Salad is one of my favorites to eat. This is chocked full with nutrients and very low in calories.
Kale Salad
Take one bag of  Organic Kale or looseleaf and wash thoroughly and rinse. Pat dry with paper towels.  Put in a big bowl. Sprinkle Himalayan Sea salt over it. Now massage the salt into the Kale for a few minutes.  It will look wilted. Chop up one avocado,  red onion, one tomato, cucumber into it. Mic thoroughly. Add  handful of raw pumpkin seeds . Sprinkle a few tablespoons of Braggs Organic Apple cider vinegar over it. Add a tablespoon of Organic balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Nutritional yeast over it. Mix well. Let it marinate together in the fridge for 30 minutes.  Enjoy!
I recommend eating it the same day.  It doesn't hold well till the next day. This is such a yummy salad to eat! ❤
