Baby Its Cold Outside!
Yes baby it's COLD outside! Cold weather, Pain in your joints , massage therapy and hot chocolate go together right?! 😅 Yep the COLD BRRR weather just hit Nashville! Icy roads with forecasted snow coming in. Also the aches and pains come with the flu virus. Ya not so much FUN! I'm staying in drinking Hot Chocolate and writing this blog. 😁 So somehow when the cold settles in so does the aches and pains in the body. There is a number of studies out there that prove that when the cold weather hits so does the pain in your body. Doctor's point out that the cold weather has a shrinking effect on tissues. This in turn pulls on your nerves and creates PAIN. This causes our joints discomfort and stiffness. Ouch!
