How To Sleep Better

Oh We may spend 6 to 8 hours sleeping each night.. Maybe some people more or less. There are different sleeping positions such as lying on your side, lying on your back, lying on your stomach, and lying with your body all twisted in strange positions. Every person  has their preferred sleeping positions. Lying on your side and back are the preferred positions for healthy neck and spine alignment . However laying on your stomach is the worst position ever! It Leaves your neck twisted up for the 6 to 8 hours you sleep.  When you wake up your in pain as the muscles got locked up in this terrible position. This causes much damage to your neck and back.  No wonder you wake up in pain!  ๐Ÿ˜ฃ
